MainsMitraIn short: MainsMitra is an online app for competitive exam preparation (starting with UPPCS). Free features need only an account. Paid plans give extra features for the month or year you pay for and do not renew by themselves.
Who we are
MainsMitra (app.mainsmitra.com) is run by Shailendra Singh, Baramar, Nibi, Naini, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh 211008, India. Contact: support@mainsmitra.com.
Your account
- You sign in with your email (a login code), Google, or a password we give you. Keep your login to yourself; one account is for one person.
- You must give true details and must not misuse the app, copy our tests or questions for others, or try to break its security.
Plans and payment
- Plans, their prices and what each includes are shown on the Plans page in the app. Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes that apply.
- Payments are taken by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- One payment buys one month or one year of the chosen plan. It starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and ends on the date shown in the app. Plans do not renew automatically; you pay again if you want to continue.
- Plan limits (AI study plans a week, answers checked a day, human checks and Mains tests a month) are shown with each plan.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Content and results
Our timetables, tests, answer checking and AI suggestions are study aids. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise any exam result. AI checking can make mistakes; human checking is done by our evaluators.
Changes and ending
We may change features or prices; a price change does not affect a period you have already paid for. We may close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the app at any time.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
